1/2 can coconutcream (200ml)
150g spelt flour
5 tsp cacao
6 tbsp maple syrup
half a tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Prehead your oven to 180°
First of all we sift the flour in our bowl. Than we add the cacao and all the dry ingredients and stir it together.
Go on with the maple syrup.
Now add the coconutcream bit by bit and stir together until all is combined well.
Put your dough in a baking pan (I used a round cake pan of 16cm) and bake for about 25 minutes.
Let your brownies cool down a bit and ENJOY!!!
I made the experience, that maple syrup is best for this recipe. I tried it also with coconut blossom sugar, but it wasn´t sweet enough and the dough wasn´t that rich.
