Mousse au chocolate


100g dark chocolate, dairyfree, sugarfree (i used 85% cacao)

water of one can chickpeas for the aquafaba (I used a 400ml can of chickpeas)

3-4 tbsp Coconutyogurt


4 tbsp Maple syrup


First of all we´re going to melt the chocolate. We add the maple syrup and the yogurt to the warm chocolate and mix it all together gently. It becomes very creamy in this step.


Then we add the vanilla to the chickpea water and whipp it until it gets stiff. Give half of the aquafaba (this is the name of the stiff chickpeawater) to your chocolate – yogurt base and fold under very gently. Go on with the other half of the aquafaba. Mix it slow until its all completly combined. It gives your mousse the fluffy concistency.


Fill this mousse in your bowl and let it rest in the fridge for about 2 hours.

After that you can enjoy your very delicious Mousse au chocolate!!!
