200ml vegan cream
some maple syrup (as sweet as you like)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Peel your mangos and put them in your blender. Blend all very well and add that puree in a sieve and press it through. This is how you will get a clumb free puree.
Now you can add it back to your blender. Give the maple syrup and vanilla to it and mix well until combined. Now you can give the vegan creame to it and combine with a spoon.
Add this into your icemachine and start making your creamy dreamy vegan icecream.
When it´s done, put your ice into your mold and add the passionfruit on top. Leave it in your freezer for 2 hours and ENJOY!
HINT: if you love it extra creamy, take your icecream out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving!
